What is the interval between switching kingdoms?
0. Kingdoms can be switched at any time.
-
How many kingdoms can be connected at the same time?
The maximum number of kingdoms that can be scanned at the same time is 4, but if your bot has more than one kingdom scanned at the same time, the scanning speed will be reduced divided by number of connected kingdoms: /2, /3, /4 for example. When adding a new kingdom the bot will tell you how many kingdoms are already connected.
-
Well, but on KvK, can you switch kingdoms and connect new ones?
Yes. The bot doesn't care if the KvK is running or not.
-
How long after connecting a new kingdom is the bot ready to work?
In one scanning cycle, so it depends on the speed of your bot (~10 seconds for Fast X4 for example). Also /adv command will experience a temporary slowdown until all player profiles have been cached.
-
If we are a family of guilds is allowed to share it?
Yes. Just keep in mind that if you are in different kingdoms, and each guild connects a kingdom for themselves on KvK (for example, 4 kingdoms for two guilds will be connected), the update speed can drop significantly.
-
How to determine that the bot we bought was not resold to someone else?
Use the /regstat command, it shows the kingdoms connected to the bot and the names of the groups in which these kingdoms are connected. If there is a group on this list that you do not know about, then you should think about it. This will not necessarily be a group created by the seller. In practice, it often happens when the clients themselves resell their bots secretly from their own friends, with whom they together pay the seller for the bot.
-
We bought a bot and at first everything went well, but then the update speed became very slow, what happened?
There can be few reasons:
- This is because there are more kingdoms connected to the bot than you think. To check this, use /regstat. 1. If you see kingdoms that you thought you disabled, then use /unreg to disable them. Most likely, you have previously tried to use /t to disable kingdoms. 2. If you see kingdoms that you are not familiar with, go to this question.
- Dedicated versions only: Your bot has problems with added accounts. You can check their state in /accs.s;
-
Where I can test the bot?
We have public test group with 1 day trial period for everyone. It does not require any registration, subscription or etc. You can join it here.
-
What is the main difference between Dedicated and Fast versions?
Fast versions have predefined amount of accounts to work on and those accounts are supplied automatically. In turn, Dedicated version just have total limit for accounts, which must be added by the client himself in the quantity that is convenient for him (except for the maximum quantity, there are no other restrictions. You can add at least 2, 27 or 42). In conclusion, having Dedicated version, you can achieve Fast X4 version (which costs almost twice as Dedicated) speed, but at the cost of managing your accounts yourself.

What is the limit on the number of people in the group?
There is no limit.
-
Is it possible to make another kingdom in a separate chat?
Yes. To do this, any of the administrators of the main group must create a new chat, invite a bot to it, and use /reg there.
-
How can I set up a group title to automatically change based on the kingdoms it is connected to, the types of notifications, and/or the subscription expiration information?
You can use /title command. It contains information on how to set up a template and what information can be displayed.

We started using the bot, and it shows that the time of the last activity at the castle was 30 days ago. This is a mistake, what should I do about it?
This means that the bot was last in your kingdom about 30 days ago. There is nothing terrible in this, in a day or two all the statistics will be updated. The same applies to equipment sets /es.
-
When using the /es command, the bot writes that no sets were found, but how is it? Here I see the castle and its equipment.
This command shows equipment sets stored in the database. To display current equipment (as if it were in the game) use /panel. Information about equipment is gradually collected only from active castles, so as not to litter the base with "hunting / fam" sets. To quickly collect information about the equipment of a particular castle, you can use /at.
-
The bot reported that castle's shield fell, but there is no time of the last activity, how to determine it?
In this case, this means that the castle has not been active since the bot was connected to your kingdom. For example, if you started using the bot 5 hours ago, this means that the castle has not been active for at least 5 hours.
-
What does Active Tracking do and at what speed?
It monitors any changes in statistics (including helps sent count, leaders killed, might from quests) and changes in profile (including VIP points, saves equipment sets) with a periodicity of 5 seconds (can be speed up to 2.5 and 1.25 seconds on Fast X2 and Fast X4, Dedicated versions respectively). It also sends a report about each movement and if fury timer updates.
-
Is there a time limit on active target tracking?
There are no restrictions. If the castle is actively at war and you really want to dissolve it, you can activate surveillance of it for a couple of days. The result will be fairly accurate statistics on his activity over time, as well as a collection of his equipment sets. The automatic shutdown time can also be configured in /settings, 8.
